At Source BMX, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a hassle-free 90-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it is a fitment issue or a change of heart, we are here to get you back on your bike as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the components are securely padded to prevent shipping damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 3-5 business days.
